VelvetCore's product catalog is the central source of truth for every service and item your business offers. Define your offerings once and they flow automatically into transactions, your public website, and revenue analytics.
Three Product Types
The catalog supports three distinct product types to match how adult entertainment businesses actually price their services:
Time-Based Services
The most common booking type. Set a duration and define separate staff and room fee components. When added to a transaction, VelvetCore automatically calculates and splits the fee between the staff member and the room — no manual arithmetic required. Supports multiple duration tiers (e.g. 30 min, 60 min, 90 min) each with their own pricing.
Premium Add-Ons
Flat-rate items that can be added to any transaction alongside a time-based service. Examples: special requests, upgrades, gratuities, or retail products. Simple price field, no split required.
Packages
Bundle multiple products together at a package price. When a package is added to a transaction, it automatically expands into its individual component line items. This gives you clean transaction records while making checkout fast. Track package performance and profitability in analytics.
Split Pricing
Time-based products carry separate staff fee and room fee fields. The applies_to setting lets you specify whether the fee is for the staff member, the room, or both. This flows directly into financial reports so you always know exactly where revenue is coming from.
Public Website Integration
Your active products automatically appear in the Services block on your public website. Update your catalog and the website reflects it instantly — no separate content management needed.
Categories & Sorting
Organise products into categories and control display order with a sort order field. Filter the catalog by product type in the admin panel. Activate or deactivate products without deleting them.
Analytics Integration
Every transaction item is linked to a product. Revenue by product, top-selling items, and package performance are all tracked automatically and surfaced in the Analytics module.
